Why am I only paying ₹5/10 for a service?
We only charge a small amount to reserve your appointment. The full service cost is decided by the salon and must be paid there.
Will I know the full price before visiting the salon?
Yes, once you select a salon and service, the approximate price will be shown before you confirm.
What happens if I cancel the booking?
The booking amount is non-refundable as it reserves a real-time slot with the salon.
Can I pay the full amount online?
Currently, we only collect a small booking fee. The remaining payment is made at the salon.
